Returns & Refunds

Effective December 15, 2025

We hope you love your KUERU pieces. Should you decide otherwise, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Full return details and conditions are outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

-Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

-Have all original tags attached

-Be returned in original packaging

-Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

-Shipping costs are non-refundable

-Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

-Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, KUERU will provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KUERU cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@kueru.com within a reasonable timeframe. Upon confirmation, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund for the affected item(s).

International Orders

For international returns, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred due to international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.
This includes items purchased during Sample Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End-of-Year Sales.

Additionally, swimwear and intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
