ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE  3-5  BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, IF THE VARIANTS ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT ON PRE-ORDER(HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO PROCESS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO INFO@KUERU.COM. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA DHL AND/OR UPS. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE DUTIES ON OUR PRODUCTS REMAIN LOW- BUT IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER, SOME DUTIES MAY APPLY.


PRE- ORDERS

EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION , BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RUSH OR EXPRESS SHIPPING- PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

ORDERS WILL START PROCESSING ON DATE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE- KUERU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RELEASE DATES WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS INCLUDING A PRE-ORDER VARIANT WILL NOT BE PARTIALLY FULFILLED, AND WILL SHIP AT THE TIME THE PRE-ORDER IS READY TO BE FULFILLED.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SENT USING NORMAL SHIPPING RATES.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order has left our facility and tracking has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For pre-order items, please note the estimated shipping window provided on the product page. Placing a pre-order means you acknowledge and accept this estimated timeframe.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
